Wild life refers to those sorts of animals which never are characterized as domestic animals. And their habitats are mostly linked to deserts, jungles, forests, plains and other similar areas of the ecosystem pertinent to these categories. The categorization of wild animals is done in this way that carnivores are those sorts of wild animals whose diet is meat or in other words are meat eaters. No matter the meat is from the living subject or dead. Bears are the examples of carnivores. And under the carnivores, those eating insects are called insectivores and those eating fishes are called piscivores. And secondly, those wild animals whose diet are plant or are plant eaters are called herbivores. And lastly those wild animals who possess the traits of both the carnivores and the herbivores, that is they not only live by eating just meat or plants, but instead both; are known as omnivores. They opt for searching an apropos wide variety of food.
Some of the examples of wild animals are the lions, hippos, bulls, cats, baboons, Black footed ferret, cranes etc. The habitats of wild animals found all over the world are ultimately turning to be a hot spot for tourists from all over the globe. Wildlife tourism is a very famed industry concerning this issue where they are generating revenue because of their wild animal habitat specialty. And such exploitation of wild life animals is ultimately leading to destruction of certain species, due to external environmental impacts.
